Drop your dog off at our Brookland facility, and we'll do the work!

Drop & Train Dog Training Services
Once per week, drop your pup off at our Brookland facility in the morning and pick them back up at the end of the day. While you're at work, one of our certified force-free dog trainers will work with your dog to achieve their training goals. You will receive a detailed report at the end of each day.
Location: Brookland Facility
Our 6-week "Life Skills For Success" Drop & Train course focuses on up to six behaviors of your choice from the options below:
- Sit
- Name recognition
- Down
- Leave it
- Drop it
- Trade
- Loose leash walking
- Look at me
At the end of each class, you will receive a detailed report card on your dog's day, which will also include videos and resources to help you continue their training at home.
To sign up for our Drop & Train classes, you must complete the dog training intake process and have a consultation with one of our trainers to establish a training plan.
This class is not for dogs with separation anxiety or intense reactive behaviors.

- Thursdays Only (8am-9am drop off, 4pm-7pm pick up) for 6 weeks

Our 6-week "Marvelous Manners DC Lifestyle Series" course focuses on setting your dog up for success in DC.
The training goals include: walking manners, polite greetings, appropriate socialization, fluent impulse control behaviors, and minor behavior modifications.
At the end of each class, you will receive a detailed report card on your dog's day, which will also include videos and resources to help you continue their training at home.

A dual certified fear-free dog groomer, force-free dog trainer will help your dog overcome any fears associated with grooming.
What is husbandry? Husbandry training was first created in the zoo industry to facilitate cooperative care of wild animals kept in captivity. At Patrick's Pet Care, husbandry for grooming is at the intersections of dog training and dog grooming.
Husbandry for Grooming is perfect for dogs who have had negative or traumatic grooming experiences or who have aggressive tendencies when being groomed. This Drop and Train class works to modify how they feel about the grooming process, allowing for future grooming appointments to be stress free. Pricing Details:
- $150 Per Hour
- Schedule: Fridays Only (Drop-Off & Pick-Up Times Vary)

- Completed Intake Form
- 30 Minute Paid (Virtual) Consultation
- Age: 8 weeks and older
- Vaccinations (Puppies Under 20 Weeks: 1st round of Distemper, Parvovirus, Bordetella
- Vaccinations (All Dogs Over 20 Weeks): Rabies, DHPP / DAPP, and Bordetella
