Step 1: Complete a Preliminary Intake Form (below).
Step 2: Complete the details intake form that follows by e-mail.
Step 3: Our staff will review the application and send you a confirmation email from our scheduling portal.
Step 4: Log in to the scheduling portal using the link in your appointment confirmation email, and pay the deposit to confirm your appointment.
Optional: You are also welcome (but not required) to sign up for a free 15 minute virtual consultation with our new customer manager to ask general questions about our fear-free, force-free grooming process. Or schedule a paid 15 minute consultation with the groomer/dog trainer to answer specific questions about your dog’s breed, styling, or unique behavior challenges in a grooming setting.
Upon submitting this form, you will receive an email with a request for detailed information about Pet 1 only. Once you’ve submitted the details for Pet 1, To submit the detailed information for Pet 2, email [email protected] to request the detailed information form link for Pet 2
This optional fee is to expedite the review of your application for a grooming appointment within two (2) business days and to accelerate the scheduling of your first appointment within one (1) week, and depends on the accuracy of the information you have provided about your pet. If we are not able to service your dog due to the inaccuracy of the information provided in the application, this fee will not be refunded.

This fee is to expedite the review of your application to our Montessori Program, and accelerate the scheduling of a behavior assessment, it does not guarantee admission. If your dog is not admitted based on the results of the behavior assessment, the fee will not be refunded.
