1. Eligibility
Must be a resident of Washington, DC, Maryland, or Virginia to enter. Void where prohibited by law. Employees, as well as Patrick’s Pet Care subsidiaries, affiliates, suppliers, advertising and promotion agencies, employees’ immediate family members, etc., are ineligible participate in the contest/giveaway.

3. Agreement to Rules
By entering your contest, participants agree to abide by the Official Rules and decisions. Patrick’s Pet Care reserves the right to refuse, withdraw, or disqualify entries at its sole discretion.
4. Entry Period
- Concept Submissions: 9/21/21 through midnight EST on 10/1/21
- Voting On Concepts: 10/2/21 through midnight EST on 10/15/21
- Design Submissions: 9/16/21 through midnight EST on 10/31/21
- Voting: 11/1/21 through midnight EST on 11/17/21
5. Prizes
Concept Phase:
During the concept phase, two winners will be randomly selected from participants in the contest submissions phase (9/21/21 – 10/1/21) and voting on concepts phase (10/2/21 – 10/15/21) for a total of four winners. Each will receive a $50 gift card to Patrick’s Pet Care, valid toward products sold at Patrick’s Pet Care or services.
For the design phase, winner will have their design painted in the Patrick’s Pet Care Small Dog Loft by a professional muralist. Winner will also:
- Be invited to attend the unveiling at Patrick’s Pet Care. Travel costs are the responsibility of the winner and will not be covered by Patrick’s Pet Care.
- Receive a Puppy Experience with Patrick’s Pet Care (an afternoon with puppies or the chance to have Patrick’s Pet Care bring puppies to your workplace). To be eligible, must be able to travel to Washington, DC at your own expense. For puppies to come to your workplace, your workplace must be located in the District of Columbia
Acceptance of the prize grants Patrick’s Pet Care permission to use the Winners entry, name, and likeness for advertising, promotion, and trade without further compensation or remuneration unless prohibited by law.
7. Selection and Notification of the Winner
Winner of the concept phase will be selected random. Winner of the design phase will be determined by popular vote. The design with the most entries will win.
Patrick’s Pet Care reserves the right to refuse, withdraw, or disqualify entries at its sole discretion.
Winners will be notified before November 15, 2021 via email. The prize may be forfeited if they do not contact you within 7 days of being notified.
Patrick’s Pet Care isn’t liable for the winner’s failure to receive notification of winning if they provided a wrong email address or incorrect phone number or if their email security settings caused the prize notification to go into the spam or junk folder.
9. Rights Granted by the Entrant
Participants grant Patrick’s Pet Care the right to use the participant’s submission, voice, likeness, image, statements about the contest, etc., for publicity, news, advertising, promotional purposes, trade, and so forth, without any further notice, review, consent, compensation or remuneration.
Entries must be original work and not violate anyone’s proprietary or intellectual property rights. Entries that infringe upon the intellectual property rights of others will result in disqualification of the participant. Participants shall defend or settle against such claims at their sole expense, and they shall indemnify, defend and hold harmless Patrick’s Pet care from any suit.
10. Terms & Conditions
Patrick’s Pet Care reserves the right to modify, suspend, cancel or terminate in the event that non-authorized human intervention, a bug or virus, fraud, or other causes beyond your control impact or corrupt the security, fairness, proper conduct, or administration of the contest/giveaway.
Patrick’s Pet Care has the right to disqualify anyone who violates the terms, as well as the rights to seek damages to the fullest extent permitted by law in cases where a participant has caused deliberate damage or undermined the legal operation of the promotion.
11. Limitation of Liability
Entry into the contest constitutes agreement to release and hold harmless Patrick’s Pet Care and its subsidiaries, affiliates, employees, etc., against all claims liability, illness, injury, death, loss, etc., that occurs directly or indirectly from participation in the contest or use/misuse of the awarded prize.
