This optional fee is to expedite the review of your application for a grooming behavior assessment and receive an appointment within two weeks of submission. This fee is in addition to the cost of the assessment itself. If we are not able to service your dog due to the inaccuracy of the information provided in the application, this fee will not be refunded. Or if the dates we are able to offer you in the next two weeks are not convenient for your schedule, we will look at the next week, but this fee will not be refunded due to scheduling conflicts. And, if you request services that your dog is not able to humanely tolerate and we are not able to complete the services, this fee will not be refunded.
