New Customer Relationship Manager

A dynamic and people oriented position for pet lovers that serves as the friendly and welcoming face of Patrick’s Pet Care. The person in this role loves helping our customers help their beloved pet by listening to their needs and guiding them to the appropriate service at Patrick’s Pet Care, and following up as their advocate. Think of it as a case manager for all first time customers for their first experience. This position also plays a key role in the continued growth of the business and guides the implementation of an enterprise grade Customer Relationship Management System (CRM) that will revolutionize customer education and the delivery of our services.

Enrichment Walk Manager

1-2 years experience required
The Enrichment Walk Manager is responsible for day to day Enrichment Walk operations, including day to day communication with a client base of 100+ and staff of seven to ten Enrichment Specialists, creating and maintaining the weekly schedule with an emphasis on logistics and efficiency and growth metrics, leading bi-weekly staff meetings, welcoming new clients, field training new Enrichment Specialists, and ensuring a high quality standard of force-free, fear-free enrichment services, among other responsibilities. The position requires administrative work which can be done remotely or at one of our facilities, and field work across DC.
